Refund policy
We do not offer refunds due to change of your minds. In addition, we do not refund money. You will get another new product if eligible. If there is no stock of the item, you have to wait for the next shipment. We get manufacturing warranty for some products. So, please communicate with us for the warranty.
Eligibility (If the item has a warranty):
- We accept return of the product if it has a manufacturing fault. And you must inform us within 30 days from your purchase.
- If you get a damaged product or unexpected product, we provide the product with free delivery cost.
- You must have an invoice.
Return process:
- Inform us about the issue.
- The product must be returned in the original package. Otherwise, we can not take it.
- We will give you instruction to return the product.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise advised.
